Booking a service:

Full catering services require a minimum of 21 days booking time. If you are booking within that window, please understand that your invoice may be subject to additional service fees. 

All services are subject to a 25% non-refundable booking fee.

Private dinner bookings require at least 7 days booking time. If you are booking within that window, please understand that your invoice may be subject to additional service fees.

All services include labor, tax, and service fees outside of any policy specific modifications.

Confirmation of Booking:

Your booking IS NOT complete until it is paid for in full and must be done by no later than 10 days out from your date of service. Your final invoice is subject to additional service fees if this premise is broken. 

Cancellation Policy:

We do not accommodate cancellations after final payment has been made, if booking is cancelled prior to final payment the amount paid less the booking deposit shall be applied to a further date or forfeit. A significant amount of time goes into each booking, please keep this cancellation policy in mind when soliciting our services.
