Meet Chef Ray Carter

Ray is the youngest of 8, born and raised in Harlem NYC, and has been a professional chef since they graduated high school (Let's go Lady Rams!!). Growing up in a musical home they have an immense love for music of all kinds, but the 60's-80's era is what you can find them listening to mostly. 

Chef Ray is a self-proclaimed fusion chef, a lover of all mash-ups, with training in most cuisines. In their career they've trained hundreds of cooks and run many operations. The idea to cater for the masses came naturally and genuinely, as connection through food is a huge goal for Ray.
